I finally finished this book and it was so horrible!!! I love but hate this author. In the book Amy gets re-diagnosed with lukemea and after telling Amy to be brave and face her fears. Morgan does that and gets a text to get home. When she gets home she discovers Amy has passed away. And then every page from that moment on was depressing and soaked with my tears. I recommend this book just don't finish it.
In a way i find it weird that i picked this book because not even a week later my mom was in the emergency room because of severe stomach pains. Morgan (the main character) got a text at work saying she needs to get to the hospital quick. When she gets there she finds out that her mom needs heart surgery. Maggie, Morgans mom, feels as if this is going to be her last time with her kids so she decides to tell Morgan what she has wanted to know since she was a little girl. Morgan and her two friends, Amy and Adam, take an emotionally bonding trip to Canada for a couple days. Morgan is excited yet scared to find the truth she has been looking for. When they arrive to their destination Amy and Adam decide it would be best if Morgan gets her answers before she goes to sleep. When she gets to the big brick mansion she doesn't want to do it but she knows she has to. When a slender looking woman answers the door Morgan feels relief and anger. Then the woman disappears through the hall only to return with the one answer Morgan wanted. Continued...

Hands down best book I have read since I have been in high school. This book is the only tear jerker I have read. Cracked is about two teenage boys who go to the same high school and are non very fond of each other. Victor hates his his life. He has no friends, gets beaten up at school and his rich parents are always critizising him about how he is living his life. When he comes home to his only loyal companion dead on his bed he decides that is the last straw. He takes a bottle of pain pills only to wake up in the hospital. Bull is angry and takes all of his anger out on Victor. That makes him feel better, at least a little. But it doesn't stop Bulls grandfather from getting drunk and hitting him. So Bull tries defending himself with a loaded gun. When Bull and Victor end up as roommates in the same psych ward there is no way to escape each other or their problems. Which means things are going to get worse-much worse-before they get better.
